From that very first interaction, it was clear that Steel Country Home Restorations was different from the other contractors who had rushed up a ladder for 15 minutes and called it a day. Julian took his time and did a thorough inspection of both our exterior and our attic. When it was clear we would need a new roof, Julian was proactive and professional - leading us through the process, preparing documents that met the insurance carrier's needs, and answering every question we had. This made our process with the insurance company so easy. No back-and-forth, no delays, no frustrations. The team are professional, courteous, and thorough - the cleanup was so good that I would have never believed that a single nail had been displaced! Our roof looks phenomenal, and I trust that the higher-quality materials used and the warranty will last us decades. His crew came and replaced my roof. Not only were they timely, they also cleaned up very nicely! I now have a beautiful roof.
