I first heard about Mr. Carter and company from a good friend of mine as I needed gutters installed on our new home and wanted a reputable business and local if possible to do the work. When I tell you that Steel Country Home Restorations went above and beyond, I’m not kidding. I don’t care to write reviews or recommendations unless I truly believe in the business model and company. Mr Carter and his team really truly care about the work they do and work hard to maintain relationships with their customers by really putting them first. I received a cold call one day by a roofing contractor offering a free roof inspection. From that very first interaction, it was clear that Steel Country Home Restorations was different from the other contractors who had rushed up a ladder for 15 minutes and called it a day.
Julian took his time and did a thorough inspection of both our exterior and our attic. When it was clear we would need a new roof, Julian was proactive and professional - leading us through the process, preparing documents that met the insurance carrier's needs, and answering every question we had. This made our process with the insurance company so easy. No back-and-forth, no delays, no frustrations.
The team are professional, courteous, and thorough - the cleanup was so good that I would have never believed that a single nail had been displaced! Our roof looks phenomenal, and I trust that the higher-quality materials used and the warranty will last us decades.
At every step, from every angle, the Steel Country Home team had us covered as homeowners. Highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a reliable roofing contractor!
